When the separation between those awake and asleep collapse, Janey’s life turns upside down and she’s hit with her city’s wakefulness epidemic. The intense isolation of her reality is interrupted by an unexpected visitor who embodies her desires and fears. THE GREAT AWAKE examines the expectations of the far reaches of the mind and how subversion of reality can become the response to our most private needs.
